All prices listed on this website are correct at the time of publication and are in pounds sterling (£), and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, colours and specifications are correct, and all measurements are approximate. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on the screen on which you are viewing this website.
Some of our items are designed to have a weathered or rustic finish and so may have intended imperfections and flaws.
We accept payment by all major debit or credit cards or payment through PayPal.
Delivery & Returns
We currently deliver to Mainland UK only.
Standard delivery charge is £4.99 per order, regardless of size. You can order as many products as you like for this cost (excluding furniture).
Please note that during the current COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries are taking longer than usual. We will endeavour to keep you updated on your order, but it is likely it could exceed our standard 5-7 working days delivery time. We thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.
We accept all major credit and debit cards or you can pay via paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to checkout.
All items are sent via Courier service or Royal Mail, and are carefully checked for quality before being dispatched.
Once payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your order within five working days. Please allow up to ten working days to receive your order from the point of purchase, and please contact us if you haven’t received your order after this time.
Our office hours are weekdays from 09.00 until 15.00hrs. Orders placed after this time may be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day, and orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Should you choose to use a service such as Parcel Motel or similar, this is entirely at your own risk. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or replacements on any damages which use a locker service or a courier other than our own, for any part of the delivery journey. Refunds and replacements for damages only apply to deliveries travelling directly to their destination with a courier appointed by Magnolia Grey Interiors.
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed, but we will endeavour to keep you up to date on the status of your order via email.
Please note that all deliveries require a signature and cannot be left in a secure location.

Can I be removed from your mailing list?
Magnolia Grey Interiors may send you offers and information via email. If you are on our mailing list and wish to be removed, please email email@example.com. Please note that it can take 14 working days to fully remove your information.
Do we pass your details onto third parties?
It may sometimes be necessary to share your details with our suppliers, service providers and other contractors in order to fulfil your order and provide a service to you.
We will never pass on your information to a third party for marketing purposes.
